- The woman's opinion was received with mixed reactions as some said marriages do not work the same way
A popular Nigerian relationship expert, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, has advised women on how to guide their money from their husbands.
In an Instagram video that has since trended online, the relationship expert frankly told women to stop giving men money even when it is for pressing needs at home.
“Your husband or your man does not have any business with your income as a woman. I said what I said… You are a helper not a provider.”
Blessings went ahead to say that there are many men are covetous and always looking for ways to spend their women's money.
She went further:
“…they want to know how much their wives are earning, they want to know how much is in their wives’ bank accounts."
Blessings lamented the fact that men also share bills with their wives at home, adding that they say “pay children’s fees, I will pay house rent. Buy rice, I will buy fish...”.
The confident expert said that the whole arrangement is nonsense and that many women fall victims because they do not know any better.
