So far this season in the German Bundesliga, Robert Lewandowski has also been impressive and recently scored his 250th Bundesliga goal in Bayern Munich's 2-1 win against Wolfsburg.

Robert is now the third player in Bundesliga history to reach the landmark after Gerd Muller (365) and Klaus Fischer (268), but he is the first non-German to achieve the feat.

For the past seven years, Robert Lewandowski has been playing for Bayern Munich, and has won the League title in every season he has played.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Manchester United are the latest top European club to register their interest in signing Bayern Munich veteran, David Alaba when the January transfer window opens.

The 28-year-old Austrian runs out of contract at the end of the ongoing season and the Bavarians are not showing signs of handing him an extension at the Allianz Stadium.

Alaba was instrumental to Hans-Dieter Flick winning a treble at the end of the last campaign and months after that, he will be free to speak with prospective clubs ahead of a summer move.

The Austrian has already been linked with a move to Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain owing to his versatility on the pitch.

He can play in the centre-back or left-back as well as in the middle of midfield which is an advantage for any club who signs him.
