Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede, has also dropped her opinion on the recent arrest of singers, Tems and Omah Lay in Uganda.
The screen diva revealed that Ugandans disliked Nigerians because of their low self-esteem.
In a tweet which she shared via her official handle, the movie star stated that she was in the country in 2013 to shoot a movie and she realised that they had self-esteem issues.
The mum of one said they had labelled Nigerians proud because that was what they constantly said to her while she was on the trip.
Yvonne added that they tagged her proud because she mentioned she did not know any Ugandan artiste.
"I was in #Uganda in 2013 to shoot a film, after every sentence came “you Nigerians are very proud”, even when I said I didn’t know any Ugandan artist I was labeled proud. I am proud of where I come from, your self esteem issues has nothing to with Nigerians."
