In South Africa, there aren't a lot of options for moms who come from disadvantaged backgrounds and so they find themselves working even harder to make ends meet.

Taking to Facebook's ImStaying group, Sonia Heartvee Mmalerato Gaoganediwe shared a picture of the woman braving the harsh weather conditions while trying to sell her products from a small stall in the street.

She captioned the truly emotional post: "Appreciate what your mom does for you."
