American singer and songwriter Jeremih has been transferred out of the intensive care unit after he was taken to the hospital after contracting Covid-19. The singer's family told TMZ that he had been removed from ICU and was sent to a regular hospital ward.
According to Jeremih's family, this is where his "true healing" is going to take place. The singer received lots of support from people in the industry after the news broke, including an encouraging message from rapper 50 Cent. Producer Metro Boomin also sent his regards on social media.
The health update on Jeremih being out of the ICU comes as positive news as his condition was worrisome and he had been put on a ventilator. It is unclear whether he is still unwell but he is well on his way to recovery.
