In a related development, the Yoruba leaders have demanded equal treatment of the nation and urged President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure that Nigeria is brought back to true federalism to avert a crisis like the one witnessed during the EndSARS protest.

The resolution was made on Sunday, November 8, via a 13-point communique released when the Yoruba leaders including monarchs and ministers from the southwest region met in Lagos.
