Nigerian media personality popularly known as Daddy Freeze has once again taken to social media to drop yet another controversial take concerning religion.

In a recent Instagram post, the OAP slammed those who claim they are Christians yet celebrate Christmas.

Daddy Freeze opined that Christmas is a ‘Romanized, Europeanized and pagan festival’.

According to him, people who celebrate the festival are slaves as they demonize their indigenous festivals.

Sharing the writeup, he accompanied it with a caption:

”Many are products of Neo colonialism, mistaking slave traditions for spirituality! As long as you worship European versions of African faiths, black lives can never matter!”

Only a while ago, Freeze advised Nigerians to stop praying for unmerited favour or for other people's blessings to be given to them.

This came after Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God shared how God intervened when he and his poor uncle were starving on a particular day in 1956.

Pastor Adeboye said a young girl brought food for his uncle and claimed that her sister asked her to deliver it to him. According to Pastor Adeboye, he and his uncle had already finished the food before the girl came back to say it was meant for someone else.

In his response, Daddy Freeze wrote:

"Stop praying for unmerited favor, or for the blessings of other people to be given to you. Instead, pray that those who are deserving should be in places of authority."

The on-air-personality in another report also spoke on the best way people can make investment contrary to the opinion of most people.

According to the controversial celebrity, the best way a person can make investments is to bring the poor out of poverty.

Explaining further, he said that a person’s houses and properties can be destroyed if they do not invest in uplifting the youths from poverty.
