- Kylian Mbappe could dump PSG for Real Madrid next summer
- The 21-year-old has a deal with the French club until the summer of 2022
- Real Madrid are now considering to splash a staggering £161m to sign the attacker
Paris Saint Germain's chances of keeping star player Kylian Mbappe is becoming increasingly impossible with top European clubs lurking around to lure him away from the club.
The 2018 World Cup winner has a deal with the Parisians until the summer of 2022 and an extension is not in view.
And Real Madrid have reportedly concluded plans to launch a £161 million bid for the Frenchman at the end of this season.
Los Blancos were denied access to him by PSG in the past but with less than two years on his current deal with the Ligue 1 outfit, they might be forced to cash in on him this time.
If they refuse to deal, they might eventually lose him to the Spanish club without making a dime on the player.
Daily Mail reports that the Parisians are doing all they can to ensure they tie the 21-year-old down at the Parc Des Princes.
Meanwhile, Madrid are confident that they will succeed with their quest to land the France international next year. But PSG's sporting director Leonardo explained recently:
"We've started talks on several fronts over the renewal of certain players.
"We have to adapt to the reality of the current economic climate, but we have started discussions over the renewals we have in mind - [Angel] Di María, Neymar and Mbappe, as well as [Juan] Bernat and [Julian] Draxler - and we are going to intensify these negotiations in the coming days."
Daily Mail claims Mbappe would be interested in signing a long-term deal with his present club but he is said to want clauses in the contract that would allow him to leave for certain teams if they met a specific price.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Kylian Mbappe is on the radar of Spanish giants Real Madrid and the club wants to complete the signing of the 21-year-old at the end of the ongoing season.
Los Blancos are keen on wrapping-up a breathtaking deal worth £161million for Mbappe, should the striker refuse to sign a contract extension with Paris Saint Germain.
It is now two years that the Spanish champions have been trailing Frenchman and top outlet AS are claiming that Real Madrid are confident they will lure the player to the Santiago Bernabeu.
