Despite the threat by Governor David Umahi and some leaders of the southeast, no fewer than 20,000 registered members of the Action Peoples Party (APP), the state working committee, all local government and ward executives of the party, have defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi state.
