- A gorgeous single mom shared a heartwrenching story of her son's father abandoning them
- According to Nonkululeko Sibiya, her son's father left when their baby was a couple of hours old
- Nonkululeko felt defeated but her adorable baby boy helped her regain her strength to fight another day
Nonkululeko Sibiya is a proud single mother who shared her story to the #ImStaying group on Facebook. According to Nonkululeko, her son was a couple of hours old when his father left them to pay lobola for another woman.
Nonkululeko was in pain. She said she felt hurt, humiliated, and embarrassed. She added that it was one of the hardest situations she has ever experienced in her life and it made her doubt whether or not 'true love' is real.
She went on to say that she does not look at relationships the same way she did before. Due to the stress and hurt, she felt as though she would die. Instead of letting the feelings take over, she picked herself up and accepted the situation, all because of her son.
"I had to pick myself up and believe that it was never meant to be. This little man is the reason #Imstaying."
