Nigerian singer David Adeleke aka Davido might just be the happiest musician in the country at the moment as he finally dropped his much-anticipated album, A Better Time, on Friday, November 13.

Hours before the project was really, many fans and music lovers already dominated social media with conversations about the project and it was the number one trending topic on the Nigerian Twitter trend list.

As expected, when the 17-track album eventually dropped on digital music platforms, fans of the music stars flooded their individual pages with dance videos of their favourite tracks.

An excited Davido also took to his Twitter page noting that he worked really hard on the album and is so happy to see how it is being received.

In a related Davido story, Legit.ng reported that the singer opened up on how he managed to get international rapper, Nicki Minaj, on his album.

Davido told New York Times that he sent the rapper a text on Instagram and she replied him.

According to him, Nicki’s verse for Holy Ground was ready just in two days of reaching out to her.
