The Facebook page had comments alleging the design of the car was faulty and that an expensive vehicle such as a Rolls-Royce should not have reacted the way that Ginimbi's did in the accident.

Twitter exploded with opinions on the angry mob, with many reminding commenters that they were not qualified or informed enough to make the types of comments that they were posting.

Check out two of the Facebook comments on the Rolls-Royce page below:

Sandra Dzikiti wrote:

"We as Zimbabweans need an explanation on how your car killed our brother with all the excellent features accredited to it. What saddens me most is knowing that the cost of your car plus the taxes that our brother paid cld have bought several Honda Fits for entire clans in my nation considering that we are a small population. We have suffered double loss indeed! Dealing with you has surely ended in tears for us Zimbabweans"

Tinashe Mhishi commented:

"RR we are crying as a nation because of your car, we lost our Mbinga (bread winner, employer, Entertainment Master) and you are busy bragging about your car.You should investigate how can 1m car get bulldozed by a 3k honda fit.You are specialists in lying. If you do not respond we will take this issue to the united nations security council and sanctions will be imposed on you. Nonsense"

Conversely, some thought the anger was misplaced:

@6ix_zw: "Don't mind silly Zimbabweans in the comments section, your cars are legendary. Ginimbi owned a fake Rolls Royce which he bought with money he got from illicit deals, corruption and tax evasion. #Zanupfmustgo"
@paul_nyabando: "So my country people have decided to go camp on the Rolls Royce Facebook page complaining that their car took away the life of our 'bread winner' Ginimbi lol"
