Nigeria vs Sierra Leone: Rohr targets 6 points against Leone Stars

Nigeria's technical adviser Gernot Rohr has insisted that his side will not be settling for anything less than victories in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sierra Leone this weekend.
The Super Eagles head into the game as Group L leaders having already beaten Lesotho and Benin in their first two group games.
However, victories in their next two games against the Leone Stars will guarantee them a ticket to the finals of the championship staging in Cameroon two years' time.
The Super Eagles will play hosts to their West African counterparts first on Friday, November 13, at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium before going the other way for the second leg four days later.

Rohr insisted that his foreign-based dominated team will not by any chance underestimate their visitors according to the statement to the NFF.
“We do not in any way underrate the Sierra Leoneans that we play over two legs within these four days, but we have our focus and objective for the matches,”
“We want to win both games so we can have the ticket and be able to be little more relaxed for the final games.
“You know that next year, we also have the World Cup qualifiers to focus on. It is better to get the Africa Cup of Nations job behind us now.
“I am excited by the spirit of the players and their sense of dedication and commitment. We have not played a competitive match in a year, but they look very ready and good to go. Our mission is six points in these two matches.”
The Leone Stars have just one point in their last two meetings and they will hope to frustrate the three-time African kings when they face off this weekend.

A 42-man delegation of the team landed at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on Wednesday afternoon, November 11, aboard ASKY airline from Freetown before flying on a chartered flight to Benin.
It was gathered that The Leone Stars’ delegation will stay at the Lushville Hotel.
