Barcelona who are Spanish La Liga giants have confirmed that youngster Ansu Fati will be out of action for the Catalans for the next four months after having a surgery.
The 18-year-old forward suffered the injury while playing for Barcelona in their Spanish La Liga game against Real Betis which ended 5-2 over the weekend.
And after the encounter, the Catalans explained that Fati will have to go for emergency operation before they later revealed on Monday, November 9, that he will be out for four months.
Fati only made his Barcelona debut last season but went on to score eight times in 33 games under Setien who was sacked before the start of the ongoing season.

He has since nailed down a regular starting spot with new boss Ronald Koeman playing ten matches while netting five goals so far this term.
This will be a big blow for Koeman and even Barcelona players considering how Fati has been superb for the club since he broke into the first team.
Barcelona are currently occupying eight position on the Spanish La Liga with 11 points after seven games played so far.
