Barcelona legend Lionel Messi arrived in Argentina ahead of their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Paraguay and Peru.

The 33-year-old recorded his first brace for the Catalans despite coming on in the second half of their 5-2 win over Real Betis last weekend.

It was also the first time he scored from an open play this term having scored all of his previous goals from the spot.

According to Tycsports Messi arrived in his £12 million worth private jet alongside Angel Di María and Leandro Paredes as they become the first group of players to hit the camp.
