The Democratic candidate for the United States presidential election, former vice president Joe Biden, visited his son's grave before leaving church ahead of the poll.

The disclosure was made by Marianna Sotomayor of the BBC News who was assigned to cover the activities of the Democratic candidate.

According to Marianna, Biden had anticipated that Beau would be running for the presidential election in 2020.

She wrote:

Before leaving church, @JoeBiden visited his son’s grave. Biden has long talked about Beau as his “good luck charm” on consequential days like debates & election nights. The person who I anticipated running for president this year was Beau Biden, not Joe Biden."

In similar news, for months, both President Donald Trump and former vice president Joe Biden, have been going all out to secure votes as the people of the United States exercise their franchise.

It seems that both presidential candidates are not done trying to get in some last minutes votes. Both Biden and Trump took to popular social media app, Instagram to call on voters to vote for them.
