Barcelona might make another move for Manchester City defender Eric Garcia when the January transfer window opens.
The Catalans tried luring him to the Spanish League outfit last summer but the Citizens refused to allow the youngster to leave the Etihad Stadium.
However, Ronald Koeman is planning to urge the club's new board to offer a sum of £7.2 million for the 19-year-old whose contract expires in the summer of 2021.

Garcia has made two Premier League appearances this campaign but it appears the teenage sensation wants to return to his boyhood club.
SunSport reports that the youngster could sign a pre-contract before eventually sealing a move to Nou Camp mid next year.
The publication further reveals that the Dutch tactician is hoping to make the defender a part of his plans for the new year.
Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola seems to be ready for life after the youngster, having signed the duo of Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake in the summer.
The former Bayern Munich boss was said to have admitted that the player wants to leave but hopes they can urge him to extend his stay at the club.
"He wants to leave but maybe we can seduce him to extend his contract with us.”
But Garcia appears to have already made up his mind and said before the start of the campaign:
