Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has compounded Manchester United woes after posting a comment trolling Manchester United icon since Arsenal defeat.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the only goal that helped the Gunners claim their first Premier League victory at Old Trafford since September 2006.

The 31-year-old stepped up to beautifully convert a spot-kick after Paul Pogba fouled Hector Bellerin in the second half of their encounter.

Sport Bible claims the Frenchman was wrongly deployed on the left-hand side by his manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer for the game.

The 42-year-old former defender, however, aimed a jibe at Neville after suggesting that Pogba should be played in that position for United on Monday Night Football.

Carragher who currently works as a pundit for Sky Sports posted a selfie of himself holding a bottle of champagne with the caption:

"Hi @GNev2 'Play Pogba on the left of the front 3.'"

The Red Devils' disappointing defeat to the North Londoners over the weekend sees them sit 15th place with just seven points to their name after six games.

Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta's men rose to the eighth position following their impressive triumph at old Trafford on Sunday, November 1.
