The year 2020 will forever remain a memorable one for one of Nollywood's ivory queens. Identified as Sophie Williams, the beautiful lady recent clocked a year older and got quite the gift.
Sophie in a recent Instagram post announced she had become a landlady in Lagos as she was given a house as a birthday gift.
The excited lady shared several photos of herself in front of her new home which had the signage board, 'sold' stuck to the upper part of the house.

Sharing the photos, Sophie wrote:
"Say hi to the latest landlady in Lagos! Best birthday gift not from me! Am still in shock. When u wish people well and have a clean heart, God won’t forsake you. I remember how many of my friends that I posted their house n prayed silently for mine n now it came as a gift. Thank you, my love, for making me a landlady in Lagos."

Only recently, Nollywood actor Quadri Oyebanji popularly called Sisi Quadri took to his official page on Instagram to share a piece of good news with his fans and followers.
The actor excitedly announced that he has become a house owner as he appreciates God for helping him to achieve such a huge feat.
According to Quadri, he couldn't have built a house without God, who he says, has always been helping him out and giving him the patience to deal with everything.
