Another club on the trail of the teenage winger is Italian side Juventus, and commenting on receiving interests from several clubs, Norrkoping chief scout Stig Torbjornsen said:
"There has been a lot of interest in Bergmann Johannesson. It's no secret that clubs are chasing him.
"Liverpool are one of the clubs, and there are ten others as well. The best clubs in Europe have been here for him.
"It's hard to say if we can keep him in January. A club with a lot of money could come along now or in six months."
Johannesson has inspired his club to second position in the Allsvenskan league, scoring 11 goals in his 23 appearances so far this season.
Meanwhile, Ozan Kabak could come in a replacement for injured Virgil van Dijk as Liverpool contact German club Schalke for a possible signing of the defender for an initial £20million.
The 20-year-old has impressed Jurgen Klopp and the Liverpool boss is hoping to bring the centre-back to Anfield in January.
However, Legit.ng earlier reported that Declan Rice remains a major transfer target for Chelsea football club as Frank Lampard is keen on bringing the defensive midfielder back to the Stamford after he left the club as a kid.
The Blues are set to go all out for the 21-year-old , but West Ham are also desperate in keeping the player and are ready to double his wages to see him earn £120,000 weekly.
Chelsea will be made to cough-up as much as £80million if they want Rice back at the club, however the Blues are desperate.
