Nigerian singer and rapper, Falz, officially turned 30 on October 27, 2020, but instead of celebrating as he would have, he told fans that he had mixed feelings.
The star was obviously not in a celebratory mood with the things that recently happened at the Lekki toll gate as a result of the peaceful EndSARS protests that turned violent and claimed lives.
In the post which he shared on his Instagram page, he stated that it had been a week since some protesters, unfortunately, lost their lives at the Lekki toll gate.
He also mentioned officially being on earth for 30 years.
Falz prayed for a better Nigeria that he can proudly call home.
He wrote on Instagram:
"Mixed feelings. It has been a week since we lost our brave soldiers at the toll gate. I have also now officially been on this earth for 30 years. I pray for a much better tomorrow. I pray for a Nigeria that I can truly be proud to call home."
