Lionel Messi seems to be in the twilight of his career as the Barcelona captain has dropped form drastically from what we used to know.

The Argentine had a very tough summer having dropped his transfer request at the Spanish club threatening to leave the club in the wake of their 8-2 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
