Saudi Arabian giants Al Nassr have confirmed the departure of Super Eagles legend Ahmed Musa from their club after spending two years in the Middle East.
Al Nassr who are eight-time Saudi Arabian Professional Football League champions took to their official social media page to wish Ahmed Musa good luck in his career.
After leaving Premier League side Leicester City due to lack of active playing time, Ahmed Musa joined Al Nassr on a free transfer and his move was celebrated by the club's fans.
The club's fans waited at the airport to welcome the Super Eagles star on his arrival in Saudi Arabia two years ago in a big celebration.
During his time playing for Al Nassr, Ahmed Musa did not disappoint as the Nigerian striker made 58 appearances and scored 11 goals for the club.
Al Nassr explained below on their social media page.

The former Kano Pillars captain recorded his name in gold during his two-year stay at Al Nassr winning the Saudi Professional League title and the Saudi Super Cup.
Ahmed Musa is now a free agent and he is reported to have parted ways with the club mutually as he hopes to continue with his professional career in Europe.
Musa is expected to make his next destination known to the public soon with some people close to him already talking about him making a return to England.
Only Joseph Yobo and Vincent Enyeama played more games for the Super Eagles than Ahmed Musa as the 28-year-old recently got his 93rd cap.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa revealed the name of his new baby boy as Isa Ahmed Musa as he also expressed happiness for being the father of the latest arrival to his family.
After divorcing former wife Jamila, Musa remarried to Juliet Ejue in May 2017 and welcomed their first child in February 2018.
Isa who is the new baby is now Musa's fourth child as the former Leicester City striker also has two children with his ex-wife.
Musa began his career at GBS Football Academy and played for JUTH and Kano Pillars in the Nigeria Professional Football League before leaving for Europe in 2010.
