Nigerian filmmaker, Ideh Chukwuma Innocent, is certainly one patriotic citizen who has refused to give up on Nigeria despite recent events which have seen lives and properties destroyed.

Innocent recently wowed internet users after he shared videos which captured moments he stopped some hoodlums from vandalizing properties in the ongoing crises in Lagos.

In the first video, he is seen addressing a group of young men about the need to stop destroying properties. Innocent pointed out that Nigeria is theirs already hence the need to stop the violence.

He captioned:

In another post, he is seen trying to placate some young men who had vandalized a branch of Access bank.

When a man would not heed to his words, he said the man would have to kill him first before causing any more damage to the property.

He captioned the video:

"Please tell Access bank and Fidelity Bank to come and take back their bank. We will rebuild this city... No one will burn it down on my watch!! #fixnigeria #noviolence #itsenough"

In the last video, he addressed some youths who had returned uniforms, guns and other properties belonging to the Nigeria Police Force.

He sensitized them on the importance of them returning it and the need to remain peaceful.

In other news, a Nigerian lady left many jaws hanging after she shared a video of some food items she got from the recent looting from a warehouse housing Covid-19 palliatives in Lagos state.
