Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for coronavirus and has been immediately released by the Portugal national team to go into self-isolation, Mirror reports.
The Juventus star was due to feature for Portugal on Wednesday, October 14, in their UEFA Nations League clash against Sweden.
He has been released by the national side and must now isolate. The FPF said:
"Cristiano Ronaldo was released from the work of the National Team after a positive test for COVID-19, so he will not face Sweden.
"The Portuguese international is doing well, without symptoms, and in isolation.”
