Here's what Mesut Ozil said after Arsenal left him out of their Premier League squad (see details)
"I’ve had a couple of calls recently in regards to that (going into wrestling).
"I’ll be following up on that soon – so it could go up or down depending on the outcome of that.
"I can’t tell you a direct percentage in terms of that [coming to fruition], but it’s something I’m really passionate about, so watch this space, people."

If this pulls through, Akifenwa also mentioned names of professional footballers he would love to take on if they change their career path as well.

"In terms of a Royal Rumble that’s something I’d want to win obviously – and there’s some tough lads out there, you know.
"VVD [Virgil van Dijk] is in there all day long and [Adama] Traore of course. [Sebastian] Haller has to be in too, he’s a very strong guy, then there’s the likes of Troy Deeney and [Michael] Antonio.
"Whoever I haven’t mentioned they can get at me later, but I back myself 100 per cent!"
