The wife of Nigerian footballer Joseph Yobo, Adaeze, has taken to her social media page to share a word of advice to young wives.

The mother of three urged young wives to stop exhausting themselves trying to change their spouses.

Adaeze encouraged women who want to change their spouses to focus on themselves and fulfill their God-ordained responsibilities. According to her, their husbands will catch up at their own pace.

One of the marital advice that people receive is that they cannot change their spouse. Whether they have good or bad characters, it is not possible that their partners can make them change except they want to change by themselves.
