Almost everyone dreams of owning their own home, car or piece of land. However, sadly not every person realises those dreams.
One lady, Portia P Khumalo, is an exception. Not only does Khumalo own a piece of land, but she managed to buy it while still in her 20s.
Taking to the #ImStaying group recently, Khumalo revealed she blessed herself with an early 25th birthday present.
The stunning young lady bought a piece of land and she posted snaps of her new property online.
She captioned the post:
"I want to take this opportunity to congratulate myself. I’ve just bought a piece of land (site). It wasn’t an easy road, tough decision to make but hey, I’m a property owner. In King Williams Town. Thanks to my lovely sisters for love and support. My earliest 25th birthday present."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a young lady who set her mind on owning a house before turning 30 achieved it.
While her dream might seem unattainable to many, the woman, who was identified as Twitter user @Boii_MsPixels, was able to make it a reality.
