2023: Group says Tinubu is the best candidate to succeed Buhari

A group known as the Young Nigerian Professionals has named APC leader, Bola Tinubu as the politician with the right leadership qualities to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

The Young Nigerian Professionals disclosed that it has already started mobilising to ensure that Tinubu emerges as the presidential candidate of the APC in 2023, This Day reported.

The national coordinator of the group, Ahmed Muhammed Ibrahim said they decided to back the reported presidential aspiration of Tinubu because of his unique leadership style.

Ibrahim disclosed that a movement called Young Professionals for Tinubu 2023 has been activated across the country to support the politician for the presidency.

The leader of the group said:

"Tinubu is a natural leader who has extended the hand of friendship to all regions of the country. He has what it takes to lead Nigeria towards prosperity.
“He has the skill to discover talent and the ability to consolidate on the achievements of President Muhammdu Buhari."

Ibrahim urged Nigerians to support their cause in achieving the Tinubu presidency.

In another news, a Coalition Of Northern Nigerian Youth (CNNY) has lifted the lids on why they want former Abia state governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, to be Nigeria's next president by 2023.

The conversation on President Muhammadu Buhari's successor has been brought closer with just three years to the expiration of his tenure, leaving the contest open to the southern zone.
