Brazilian footballer Andreas Pereira has been spotted having medical at Italian side Lazio for a loan move from Premier League giants Manchester United.
Following the arrival of Bruno Fernandes last season at Old Trafford, Andreas Pereira found active playing time hard under United handler Ole Solskjaer.
The signing of Donny van de Beek this summer at Manchester United also made situation worse for Andreas Pereira with him having no other option than to leave.
Lazio took to their official twitter account to show the image of the 24-year-old having his medical and the Brazilian was seen in joyous mood.
Andreas Pereira started his career at PSV Eindhoven when he was 11 and it was his brilliant performances in youth games that made Sir Alex Ferguson to sign him in 2011.
He has made 75 appearances for Manchester United in all competitions scoring four goals and assisting a further five.
Joining Lazio this summer will give Andreas Pereira the chance to play in the Champions League as the Italian side will feature in this term's competition.
Lazio are in group F where they will face Club Brugge, Borussia Dortmund and Zenit.
Meanwhile, Chris Smalling and Marcos Rojo have been training away from the rest of Manchester United first team and they could also leave before the end of the transfer.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Ayodeji Sotona has left Manchester United to join French club Nice in a permanent transfer and the Red Devils confirm the 17-year-old has left the club.
Sotona who could not break into the United squad wants first team football and has left England to join the Ligue 1 outfit.
The French club confirmed the deal and hinted that the teenage striker will team-up with the first team immediately.
Sotona who is a utility player upfront scored a total of five goals for the United U18 side last season.
And top outlet RTE are claiming that Manchester United did everything to retain the player, but he rejected the new offer as he wants to have a feel of first team football.
