Laycon has emerged winner of BBNaija Lockdown show - the fifth edition since the show began in 2006.
As the winner, Laycon will walk away with N85 million, inclusive of a two-bedroom apartment and a brand new SUV.
The 26-year-old musician won by gaining 60 percentage of the votes. Leaving fellow finalists Dorathy with 21.85 percentage and Nengi, 15.03 percentage.
Before the announcement, he was asked about how he felt being among the top two finalists. The musician said he was surprised to make top 2. He said he just came to the house to promote his EP.
This explains the shock on his face the moment his name was called out as the winner of the show.

The lockdown edition which began in July, had 20 contestants all vying for the grand prize of N85 million.
Determined by votes of viewers, each housemate faced eviction every week till the 71st day, where Laycon was announced the winner of the season.
Laycon beat 19 contestants in the winner-takes-all competition that kicked off on Sunday, July 19, 2020.
His victory comes after 3 of the finalists - Vee, Neo and Nengi were evicted from the show.
Vee's eviction came after the exit of 15 other housemates - most recently, Ozo and Trikytee - leaving behind her in-house lover, Neo alongside Dorathy, Nengi and Laycon.
Laycon's victory has caused quite a buzz on social media with many fans rejoicing and showering the young man with accolades.
Minutes after the budding rapper was named the winner, a number of people took to social media to celebrate his good fortune including a number of celebrities.
