Declan Rice is keen on moving to Stamford Bridge club Chelsea as he is reportedly pushing hard to get his transfer completed, but West Ham are not interested in allowing the player leave.

It was gathered that the Hammers have maintained that the player is not for sale despite interests from Frank Lampard’s side.

According to SunSport, the West Ham vice-captain wants to return to Chelsea after he had his youth career with there between 2006 and 2014.

Despite the rumours linking the player with the Blues, reports from West Ham say there is yet to be an official bid for the 21-year-old.
