Barcelona have reportedly concluded plans to make a move for Real Sociedad forward, Willian Jose as an alternative for Memphis Depay.
The Catalans are shopping for a quality replacement for Luis Suarez who parted ways with them this month after six years at the Nou Camp.
Inter Milan attacker Lautaro Martinez is also a major target for the Spanish League outfit as they plan to rebuild their squad.
The Blaugrana have already shown four of their key players the exit doors, with Luis Suarez the latest to leave them.
Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal, Nelson Semedo and the Uruguay international have already left and Barca would have to replace them.
Suarez is expected to finalise his deal with Atletico later this week, unite with compatriot and free agent Edinson Cavani.
SunSport reports that Inter's Martinez is Barca's top target but the club has been pushed back with the Serie A side asking for a whooping £83 million.
Koeman turned to Manchester United for Depay but Barca was barred from making any signing by La Liga organisers if they don't sell players to raise funds.
Barcelona have now identified Brazilian forward Jose who they were interested in signing in January.
The attacker scored 11 goals and created one assist in 37 topflight games last season but will have to trigger his £64m release clause.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Samuel Umtiti could become the fifth player to leave Barcelona since the arrival of Ronald Koeman this summer.
The French defender still has a contract with the Catalans until 2023 but the new manager has listed him among the stars who should be shown the exit doors.
Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic, Nelson Semedo and Luis Suarez have all parted ways with the Blaugrana as part of the squad overhaul embarked on by the Dutch tactician.
