Samuel Umtiti could become the fifth player to leave Barcelona since the arrival of Ronald Koeman this summer.

The French defender still has a contract with the Catalans until 2023 but the new manager has listed him among the stars who should be shown the exit doors.

Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic, Nelson Semedo, and Luis Suarez have all parted ways with the Blaugrana as part of the squad overhaul embarked on by the Dutch tactician.

SunSport citing France Football reveals that five top European clubs are vying for his signature if he departs Barcelona anytime soon.

Topping the list of clubs eyeing a move for him are Manchester United and Arsenal as they hope to improve their backline.

The publication further reveals that the Red Devils are hoping to find a quality competitor for Victor Lindelof and Eric Bailly to play alongside captain Harry Maguire.

Meanwhile, Gunners boss, Mikel Arteta is hoping to build a strong squad that can compete for more titles having already won two since his arrival to the Emirates Stadium barely a year ago

Ligue 1 side Rennes wants to add the World Cup winner to their squad as they campaign in the Champions League for the first time this season.
