Real Madrid legend, Francisco Buyo has stated emphatically that Paris-Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe had made his decision to join Los Blancos who are the reigning Spanish champions.
This latest development will be a big blow for Premier League side Liverpool who have also been tracking the signing of the France international.
