Despite spending huge amount to sign players this summer at Stamford Bridge, one of Chelsea's new signings Timo Werner has made it clear that the Blues won't win the EPL this term.
This latest comments by the German footballer will come as a great disappointment for all Chelsea fans who want to see their team winning titles this season.
Last term, Chelsea failed to win any trophy in all competitions, but Lampard and his wards did themselves lots of good to qualify for the Champions League.

Timo Werner netted amazing 36 goals for German side RB Leipzig which made the Blues' chiefs to go for the signing of the 24-year-old star.
According to the report on UK Sun citing Bild, Timo Werner explained that the Blues are not title contenders this term which may arise the anger in Roman Abramovich and Lampard.
"We have to be honest with ourselves and say that we probably won't win the Premier League or the Champions League this season.
"If it works anyway, all the nicer. But that's not what the club expects.
"I like to compare that to Liverpool a few years ago. In the first year, the team didn't win a title either.
"In the second year they were in the Champions League final, in the third they won it and in the fourth, the title in the Premier League followed.
"With our Chelsea project, too, we want to develop step by step so that we have greater chances for the title after each season,'' Timo Werner explained.
