- Uros Racic could be making a move to Manchester United from Valencia
- The Red Devils want the Serbian footballer to be in their squad this season
- Valencia are said to be in financial crisis and are looking for ways out of the situation
Manchester United are reportedly eyeing a move for Valencia central midfielder Uros Racic in serious attempt for Ole Solskjaer and his chiefs to bolster their squad this season.
But the Red Devils' chiefs will have to convince their counterparts at Valencia with good offer for them to have the chance of luring Racic to England.
According to the latest report on UK Sun, Valencia are currently in a financial crisis and selling Uros Racic would definitely be of great help for them this summer.
Racic is a versatile footballer whose style of play has been compared with that of Nemanja Matic.
He is renowned for his work-rate and defensive power and also has good footwork and can shoot with either foot.
The 22-year-old has however failed to settle in Valencia after joining the La Liga outfit from Red Star last two years.
With Paul Pogba identified as Uros Racic's idol, the Serbian footballer may want to move to Old Trafford so as to play with the Frenchman.
Solskjaer's midfield is already crowded and landing Racic will provide more competition for the likes of Fred, Bruno Fernandes and even Pogba.
Manchester United will be facing Crystal Palace in their first Premier League game for the 2020/21 season which will be played at Old Trafford.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Manchester United chiefs are reportedly considering eyeing a stunning move for Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale if they should fail to sign Jadon Sancho from Dortmund this summer.
Ole Solskjaer and his chiefs are trying to bolster their squad this summer so that they will be able to compete well in all competitions this term.
Last season, Manchester United failed to win any title under Solskjaer, but the good news for the Red Devils' fans is that they will watch their team this term in the Champions League.
Jadon Sancho has been linked with a move to join Manchester United since last season, but his club Borussia Dortmund are not interested in selling the Englishman.
