- N’Golo Kante who has been impressive since joining Chelsea is targeted by several clubs
- Inter Milan are hoping to offer Eriksen and Brozovic to complete a swap deal for the Blues’ midfielder
- Chelsea have rejected the idea as they are not interested in the offered players
N’Golo Kante is on the radar of Inter Milan after club boss Antonio Conte is desperate in reuniting with his former man at Stamford Bridge in a possible swap deal involving two players.
Kante has emerged Inter’s midfield target and the Italian club is now ready to swap Christian Eriksen and Marcelo Brozovic to seal the move.
Reports from SunSport say the idea was immediately rejected by Chelsea who are not interested in either of the players.
However, the Premier League club is only interested in cash for Kante, but Frank Lampard would rather sell Jorginho ahead of the World Cup winner according to the Dailymail.
Recall that Eriksen joined Inter from Tottenham in January, the player failed to impress at the club just managing a goal and two assists last season.
He was limited to just eight league starts, and also started from the bench in the Europa League final defeat against Sevilla.
Meanwhile, Kante is now a surprise target for Manchester United with latest reports that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been linked with the Frenchman ahead of the start of the Premier League season.
UK outlet Daily Star reports that United are monitoring the Frenchman’s status at Stamford Bridge as the Blues have placed €60million price-tag to raise funds for their next target Declan Rice. I
It was gathered that United boss Solskjaer is impressed with Kante and is ready to bring the defensive midfielder to the club should Chelsea be willing to let go.
Italian giants Inter Milan are also chasing the 2018 World Cup winner, but they will have to hope on Chelsea allowing him a move to Italy rather than Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Olivier Giroud has agreed to join Serie A champions Juventus if Luis Suarez stays at Barcelona this summer, according to reports.
The Biaconeri have been in the market for a new striker after releasing Gonzalo Higuain and Suarez has been their number one target.
But it is understood that the Giroud has been seen as a serious alternative for the Uruguayan who could remain at the Camp Nou following Lionel Messi's decision.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca DiMarzio, the Frenchman has reached an agreement in principle with the Italian champions over the next two years.
