- Paul Pogba returns to Man United training after recovering from COVID-19
- The Frenchman might be a part of United's squad for Aston Villa friendly this weekend
- Pogba missed out of France's victories over Sweden and Croatia in their UEFA Nations League encounters
Paul Pogba has handed Manchester United camp a boost ahead of their Premier League opener against Crystal palace after rejoining his colleagues in training.
The World Cup winner recently recovered from the deadly coronavirus having contracted the virus last month.
He returned to the Red Devils' training camp at Carrington Complex as they prepare for the friendly encounter against Aston Villa at Villa Park on Saturday, September 12.
Pogba was in isolation with his wife Maria Zulay who also tested positive for COVID-19, but they have both recovered together and are feeling fine now.
Though they were asymptomatic, the model however shared a post on Instagram last week with the caption last week: "Home taking some vitamin D, we are feeling much better now."
Pogba was excluded from the French team for the UEFA's Nations League victories over Sweden and Croatia as he continued to recover.
The former Juventus player however spent time with his family as they appeared in matching outfits in his garden.
Daily Mail reports that it is unsure if Pogba will be among the players to prosecute United's test game against Aston Villa after his return to training.
Pogba's current deal with the Red Devils expires next summer, but the Frenchman is yet to further commit his future to the Old Trafford outfit.
Reports claim the midfielder is hoping to know his fate with Andrea Pirlo at Juve before considering signing a new deal with United according to Italian outlet Tuttosport.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Paul Pogba continues to be on the radar of Juventus and now new manager Andrea Pirlo has informed the club management to prepare a £90 million bid for the Manchester United star.
The Sun reports that new boss and club legend Pirlo is a fan of the French player and is keen to reunite with the 27-year-old.
The pair played together in the midfield for Juventus for two seasons before Pogba announced his departure from the club in 2016.
