Alex Telles has become a summer target for Man United with FC Porto asking just £22.7 million for the left-back defender, reports claim.
The Reds Devils are already on the heels of Real Madrid's Sergio Regulon, but United might increase their options of signing the Portuguese defender.
And according to transfer expert Duncan Castles, Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the 27-year-old who scored 13 goals and provided 12 assists last season.
He told the Transfer Window Podcast: "[United] have been looking for a left-sided, left-footed centre-back and a left-back, or a full-back of some type, preferably a left-footed left-back.
"I can tell you that they've been offered the Porto left-back Alex Telles.
"Twenty-seven years old, relatively cheap wages, €2m [£1.8m] gross but out of contract in June 2021.
"Porto, I'm told, want €25m [£22.7m] for the player who has been offered to Paris Saint-Germain, that deal hasn't been able to be concluded.
"The agent involved is Pini Zahavi, who does quite a lot of business out of Portugal and actually was involved in some stage in Neymar's deal [to PSG in 2017]."
Telles helped Porto clinch a Primeira Liga and Portuguese Cup double last season, but the club are willing to cash in on the Portugal international this summer.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Quinton Fortune has quit his role as assistant coach with Man United's Under-23 team.
Fortune joined United's technical bench back in July 2019, helping the Under-23 side earn promotion to Premier League 2 Division One.
But after a year with his former side, the retired midfielder dumped the Red Devils to form part of Reading's backroom staff.
Legit.ng had also reported that Mason Greenwood has deleted his social media account to avoid being reprimanded by fans after he was sent back home from England camp.
The Man United star who made his debut for the Three Lions in their 1-0 win over Iceland breached coronavirus rules with his teammate Phil Foden.
Both Greenwood and Foden who allegedly met with two women in another area of the hotel have returned to England from their base in Iceland.
