Popular Nigerian actress and proponent of women supporting women, Omoni Oboli, recently took to social media to celebrate fellow actress and colleague, Mercy Aigbe.
On Wednesday, September 10, the actress decided that Mercy Aigbe would be her woman crush for the week.
She proceeded to celebrating her by highlighting some of her struggles and praising how she was able to overcome them.
In a lengthy note penned on her Instagram page, Omoni mentioned how Aigbe was able to overcome the struggles in her marriage, raising her kids as a single mother, handling many jobs at a time and slaying for the gram despite it all.
Omoni said that she sees Aigbe get judged a lot but that she manages to ignore the hate and keep rising. The film star then celebrated her colleague by telling her that she is enough.
Excerpts from her post reads: “I see you struggle as a single parent to give your kids the best in life!
I see you juggle your many hustles, doing it all in high heels and slaying!
I see you get judged and ridiculed sometimes but you shove it all aside like a boss chic and keep on stepping!
I see you woman! Mother! Actor! Business mogul!
I just want you to know that you are ENOUGH! I see you, we see you. I love you...we love you. Keep shining like the star that you are. #WCW.”
