The Argentine is set to earn a mind-blowing £341,000-per-day if he joins the oil-rich Premier League side.

The £623million contract has been offered to the six-time Ballon d'Or winner as a part of a five-year deal.
The 33-year-old will earn a massive £124m-per-year, £10m-per-month and £2.4million-per-week.
If the Argentine agrees the reported offer, he will spend three seasons with Manchester City then two years with New York City FC.
2. Patrick Mahomes - £402
The 24-year-old NFL star penned a ten-year contract extension worth £402m to stay with the Kansas City Chiefs which also has a £112m injury guarantee.

Another baseball star Bryce Harper signed a £264m deal with a £20.3m annual income to the American ace.
7. Giancarlo Stanton - £260m
Stanton with the Marlins was irreplaceable as they offered him a 13-year deal worth £260m six years ago.
8. Geritt Cole - £258m
The 29-year-old was signed by the Yankees in 2019 when he was a free agent after leaving Houston Astros in a nine-year deal worth a £28.6m-per-year.
9.Manny Machado - £238m

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Lionel Messi's father Jorge has told Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu that his son will not be staying at the Camp Nou, reports claim.
The Barca's captain dad and agent touched down in the city of Catalonia to hold talks with the club regarding his son's departure.
And according to Spanish news media outlet Marca, Jorge categorically told Bartomeu: "My son isn't staying."
