Premier League side Arsenal have finally confirmed the signing of Brazilian winger Willian who has signed a three-year deal with the North London side.

The Gunners announced the signing of the Brazilian superstar on their website on Friday, August 14, and the latest development is expected to make all Arsenal fans happy.

Willian spent seven years at Chelsea where he won the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and also the Europa League before he left Stamford Bridge.

The Brazil international made 339 appearances with 63 goals and 56 assists for Chelsea in all competitions.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta confirmed that he has been monitoring Willian for a while and expressed happiness that the Brazilian will help the Gunners next season.

Arteta made it clear that Willian is one of the best wingers in the world considering his performances for years.

''He has the experience of everything in the football world but to still have the ambition to come here and contribute to bring the club where it belongs,'' Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta explained.
