Fans of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Kiddwaya, have expressed outrage on social media hours after the show organizers published a damaging article about the young man.

The enraged fans took to Twitter with the hashtag: #JusticeForKiddwaya as they demanded justice on behalf of the lockdown housemate.

In the said article titled “Day 20: Why Love Hates Laycon” which was published on the official Africa Magic website, Kiddwaya was painted as a bad person in his relationship with fellow housemate, Erica.

This was coming after Erica got tipsy at the Saturday night party and told Lekan to protect her from Kiddwaya so that he wouldn’t take advantage of her drunken state.

"Take a look at the man Erica chose to give her heart to, Kiddwaya. He has been a serial flirt and though Erica was one of his targets, she wasn’t his first choice like she was for Layon," a portion of the article read in part.

Reacting, fans called out the organizers and accused them of being unprofessional in their conduct.

The organizers admitted to getting carried away and letting their emotions about the housemates get in the way.

"Well that was embarrassing! We admit we got a little too carried away and we let our emotions get the best of us. Please remember that the power, as always, remains in your hands. #BBNaija," the tweet read.

In a different tweet, the organizers noted that the winner of the show is entirely determined by votes from fans of the show.
