Barcelona are reportedly planning to launch a £14 million bid for want-away Manchester City starlet Eric Garcia this summer.
The 19-year-old defender was said to have told his manager Pep Guardiola he is not interested in extending his stay at the Etihad Stadium.
Stats reveal the teenager has just one year left on his current deal with the former Premier League champions having joined them from Barca youth team three years back.
SunSport claims the Citizens are torn in between cashing in on him now or allow him to walk away for free next summer.
City chiefs are said to have slapped a £20 million initial price tag on the defender, with a further £10m in add-ons, to consider selling him.
Meanwhile, they will be happy to see him remain at the club until his deal runs out next year having failed to sign an extension.
