Cristiano Ronaldo has been known to turn things around in the Champions League and his Juventus teammate Wojciech Szczesny has warned their last 16 opponents Lyon.
The Biaconeri have a one-goal round of 16 first leg deficit to cancel when they face the Ligue 1 side at the Allianz Stadium.
And Szczesny believes Ronaldo can live up to expectation against the Ligue 1 side just as he single-handedly scored a hat-trick against Atletico Madrid after trailing by 2-0 in last season's competition.
In a pre-match interview, Szczesny told Tuttosport: "I see a team ready, there is an environment similar to last year before the match against Atletico Madrid.
"We can do it again this year, again Ronaldo's hat-trick? Nobody in the world has doubts that Cristiano can do it again.
"As usual at the decisive times he makes the difference, he is ready to perform another miracle.
"We are playing for an important goal, finding the motivation is not difficult, we are all concentrated.
"Lyon seem physically fit, they also seem ready to play, we'll see who will reach the quarter-finals."
Juventus lifted the Serie A title for the ninth consecutive time but lost the Coppa Italia finals to Napoli and have not been too convincing in this season's Champions League.
And Maurizio Sarri will be looking to break the 14-year Champions league jinx in his first year as the Old Lady boss.
Their quarter final fixture will not be easier either if they overcome Lyon in the round of 16 as they will be facing either Real Madrid or Man City.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has emerged the third most clinical finisher in the year 2020 despite notching up 21 goals for Juventus.
Ronaldo's incredible scoring record in the year helped Juve clinch their ninth title in a row but the 35-year-old only ranked behind two other Serie A strikers.
Atalanta's Luis Muriel and Sampdoria's Federico Bonazzoli are the most lethal strikers in 2020 despite scoring eight and five goals respectively.
