Sergio Reguilon will be having the difficulty to choose from where to ply his trade next season as Chelsea are the latest team to show interest in the defender, reports claim.
Carlo Ancelotti's Everton and La Liga side Sevilla have also been linked to the 23-year-old who had an impressive loan spell under Julen Lopetegui.
Following Leighton Baines' retirement at Goodison Park at the end of the season, Everton believe the Spanish left-back will be a formidable replacement.
And according to Sky Sports Everton have placed an £18million bid for Reguilon but it is understood Chelsea will place a fee higher than their English rivals.
Reguilon made 31 appearances at the just concluded campaign for Sevilla and had the second-highest number of key passes from open play by any defender in La Liga.
He named as the best left-back in the WhoScored's LaLiga team of the season and Marca claim Los Blancos are expecting more offers from the Bundesliga and Serie A clubs in the coming weeks.
Chelsea are reportedly willing to offer a loan deal to the youngster and would allow him to decide his future whether to move back to Real or remain at west London.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Frank Lampard is reportedly set to take his first huge step in the transfer window as the Chelsea boss is set to let go of Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri for Ben Chilwell.
The Blues has been fragile in defence all season and the club believes getting a new left-back and a central defender would solve their problems at the back.
And according to The Telegraph, the English boss is now in the market to make new signings ahead of next season which begins on September 12.
