David de Gea was left stunned on Twitter after spotting his lookalike in Ross County manager Stuart Kettlewell.
The 29-year-old spotted the Scottish Premier League boss during a post-match interview and had to share the news.
De Gea usually wore a beard over the last couple of seasons and the Ross Couty's boss slicked back hair and beard gave a striking resemblance to the United goalkeeper.
The Spanish shot-stopper shared a snap of Kettlewell on his Twitter channel with an embarrassed emoji.
The former Atletico Madrid goalie's future at Old Trafford has come under serious threat following inconsistent form that cost the Red Devils a ticket in the FA Cup finals.
And Leicester City's captain Kasper Schmeichel has emerged as a potential replacement for De Gea.
Former United keeper Mark Bosnich has welcomed the idea of bringing the son of his former teammate at Old Trafford Peter.
“When he's playing well, he's as good as any goalkeeper in the Premier League.
“He's won a title with Leicester, he's been very consistent at international level for quite some time as well.
"We don't know exactly with the David De Gea situation, we saw Ole Gunnar Solskjaer back him and keep him in the side.
"Like I said, when he plays at his best which is more regular than not, Kasper Schmeichel is as good as anyone in the Premier League," Bosnich told Sky Sports.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Jan Oblak has now become a summer target for Manchester United as the Old Trafford club looks to replace unstable David de Gea.
But the Red Devils will have to battle with Premier League rivals Chelsea for the signature of the Slovenian shot-stopper.
With the errors being committed by De Gea and Kepa Arrizabalaga this season, both clubs have resulted in signing the Atletico Madrid star who has been consistent in the last six years.
