Nigerian Bureau De Change boss, Mompha, has taken to social media to address the video trending online in which he is seen sharing a hug with social media influencer, Adeherself, after he paid her a visit.

Recall earlier on, Legit.ng reported the news of how Nigerians reacted to the now-viral video tagging it an 'EFCC alumni reunion'. Many people questioned why he went to see her shortly after she was granted bail from the Commission's custody.

Well, in a recent post shared to his Instagram page, the big spender explained he went to visit the influencer to calm her down following her ordeal in the hands of the anti-crime commission. He went on to slam people tagging her a criminal describing them as 'jobless Nigerian youths'.

"Nigerians online are quicker to judge you for whatever allegation levelled against you without finding out the truth This beautiful young soul @adeherself has been accused of an offence which is not even strong enough to call her a criminal seeing comments on blogs yesterday just because I visited her just to calm her down and encourage her about trials of life.

All I see is Jobless Nigerian youths saying trash Just because you don't know what @adeherself has passed through Stay Strong Beautiful Angel @adeherself You will be fine Soon God Bless ❤️❤️❤️"

Only a while ago in 2019, Mompha was also arrested by the EFCC over fraud allegations.

The commission had disclosed that Mompha, under the guise of handling a Bureau De Change, allegedly committed internet fraud and money laundering. It was also revealed that he admitted to being involved in two cases levelled against him.
