Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang led Arsenal to a 2-1 win over Chelsea in the FA Cup final played at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, August 1.
But just more than the two goals Aubameyang scored, the Gunners hit-man got his name in history books, setting three incredible records in the process.
The Gabonese cancelled out Christian Pulisic's early opener, to not on win a penalty, but also score it in a tense final.
The 31-year-old later added his second of the evening in the second half, beating Willy Caballero who was in goal for the Blues to make it 2-1.
A resolute Arsenal back-line went on to hold on as they marched to victory to win their record 14th FA Cup title.
But they would have Aubameyang to thank for the trophy with the former Dortmund star singlehandedly leading the side to victory.
A momentous occasion for the Gabonese as he became the first African footballer to ever captain an English club in an FA Cup final.
Secondly, Aubameyang is now the first Arsenal player to score a brace in a Wembley FA Cup final since Reg Lewis back in 1950.
And at 31 years of age, the former Saint Etienne forward is the oldest Arsenal goal scorer in a cup final since Bob John.
Apart from the records, the 2020 FA Cup title is the first major trophy Aubameyang has won with the Gunners since his arrival.
